Murder OX: Mystery Puzzle Game
Crime detective brain teasers

A body in the wine cellar. A house full of suspects, a handful of weapons, a set of rooms, and a page of statements that, read carefully enough, leave only one possible answer.
Murder OX is a murder-themed logic grid puzzle. You mark a grid with crosses and ticks, eliminating what the clues forbid until a single arrangement survives. Then you name the killer.
WHAT MAKES IT DIFFERENT
This is deduction, not placement. There is no board to fill in and no lucky guess that gets you through. Every one of the cases was solved by a constraint solver before it shipped, and any case that could be finished by guessing was thrown away. If you are stuck, the answer is in the clues, you just have not found it yet.
1000 CASES THAT ACTUALLY GET HARDER
The ladder is built, not random. Early cases are three categories of four. Later you face four categories, then five items per category, and the clue types sharpen as you climb: direct matches give way to traits, height thresholds, either-or statements and comparisons. Rookie, easy, steady, tricky, hard, fiendish, the difficulty is named on every case so you always know where you stand.
THE LYING WITNESS
From case 62 onward, roughly a third of the cases add testimony. Every suspect says something about themselves. The innocent tell the truth; the killer lies. The generator tested each suspect as the liar and kept only the cases where exactly one of them produces a consistent solution, so the statements are never decoration.
BUILT FOR PLAYING, NOT FOR GRINDING
• A 21-step tutorial that actually teaches the two rules of deduction
• Auto-elimination marks the obvious crosses for you, so you spend taps on thinking
• A hint that points at the next deduction without solving it for you
• One free board restore and one free mistake check per case; after that an optional reward video brings them back
• No timers, no lives, no energy meter. Play one case or forty.
• Works offline. Every case is already on your device.
SIX LANGUAGES
English, Turkish, Spanish, French, Portuguese and German, each one written by hand, not machine translated. Every case exist in every language.
One purchase removes the ads between cases. The extras that normally ask you to watch a reward video, hints, board restores, mistake checks, simply work from then on. Reward videos stay in the free game for anyone who prefers them.
Ratings & Reviews
- This app hasn’t received enough ratings or reviews to display an overview.
A much gentler start: ten new opening cases on a smaller board, names next to every icon on the grid, and a tutorial cut from 22 steps to 6. ACCUSE now opens as soon as the killer's row is complete.
