A gym log you buy once

$9.99 · Designed for iPhone. Not verified for macOS.

Pay once and it's yours. There is no subscription and no account, and the app collects nothing. The coach runs on your iPhone. Most gym apps want a subscription and an account before you have logged a single set. This one asks for neither. You pay once and it is yours. Fit This works out what you should lift and keeps track of what you lifted. Building a routine Pick a focus and an intensity and Quick Build hands you a full session in three taps. Or open the coach and ask for what you want in plain words. The library has 873 exercises, each with instructions and a diagram of the muscles it works. Tell the app what equipment your gym has and it stops suggesting things you cannot do. Logging One row per exercise: last session's weight, today's weight, reps, sets. Tick it off and move on. Weights fill in from last time, so most sets need one number changed and nothing else. You can run the whole session from an Apple Watch and leave your phone in your bag. The watch buzzes when your rest is up. If someone is on the machine you wanted, one tap swaps in something equivalent, and the app remembers your gym does not have it. The coach It runs on your iPhone, on the models that support Apple Intelligence. Nothing is uploaded, because there is no server to upload it to. The coach knows your training history and whatever you have told it about yourself, and it can build or change a routine while you talk to it. Recovery and progress Fit This reads heart rate variability, resting heart rate and sleep from Apple Health. There is also a two-tap check-in each morning, and if you say you feel fine the app takes your word over the sensors. Sessions logged on a bad day are left out when it looks for plateaus, so a rough week does not read as going backwards. You get estimated one-rep max over time, weekly sets per muscle group, and a calendar with a star on the days you trained. When a lift stalls the app says so and suggests a change. Privacy There is no account and no sign-in, and the app collects nothing. Your data stays on your phone. If you want it on your other devices it goes through your own iCloud, and we never see it.

Every exercise now has guidance written for this app: how to set it up, the movement in a few short steps, and the mistake people usually make. The instructions used to come from a public exercise database that a lot of apps share. There is also some tidying underneath, including an unused rest timer that had stopped doing anything.
