Fixed a bug where photos were not copied when setting up a shared inventory from your existing items.

Shared inventory is back, and rebuilt around one screen. • One inventory list. Tap the title to switch between your own inventory and a shared one — search, filters, reports, PDF, CSV and backup all work exactly the same in both. • Setting one up and syncing it are free, for up to 100 items. A plan raises that shared limit, and everyone you invite joins at no extra charge. • Item photos now reach the shared inventory too. • Copy items between your own inventory and a shared one, in either direction. Fixed: + and − did nothing at all on iPad. They are ordinary buttons now — one press, one count, on every device. Tap the number to type a larger count straight in. Also: deleting a row and restoring a backup now show their progress while they work, the quantity editor has its own + and −, and Countpad asks you to accept its Terms and Conditions once.

Fixed an advert that could draw outside its own row and cover part of the item list or the tab bar. Adverts now stay strictly inside the row below the list — never over the items you are counting. Also corrected the size of the advert row on iPad in Split View, Slide Over and Stage Manager, where it did not match the width of the window.

No more item limit. Counting, search, barcode scanning, PDF and CSV reports, backup and restore are now free for any number of items — the 100-item limit is gone for everyone, and nothing is locked behind a plan. One payment removes the ads for good. Shared inventory now covers your whole team: one subscription for the person who starts it, and everyone they invite joins at no extra charge, on their own phones, with no ads.

Everything that isn't counting now lives in one place: Settings, from the More menu — your plan, Backup & Restore, and Shared inventory. Shared inventory (any paid plan): several people, each with their own Apple Account, can count one inventory together. It stays off until you turn it on. Restoring a backup is far more forgiving. A file written by a newer version, or one with a damaged row in it, now restores what it can instead of being refused.

The free tier now holds 100 items instead of 20 — five times the room, and every feature is still included. The free version is supported by non-personalised ads; any paid plan removes them. Silver and Gold raise the item limit further.

Countpad is now free to download. Track up to 20 items at no cost — Countpad Pro removes the limit with a monthly or yearly subscription. Customers who already purchased Countpad keep full, unlimited access at no charge.
