FIRST STREET FIRST The first fix after the intro now says so: walk to the corner and back, and the fog clears where you go. YOUR HISTORY, TODAY The rank-up card and the walk card each mention FOG Unlimited once, and only once. Tap it and the paywall leads with the thing that matters: import Google Timeline or GPX and everywhere you have ever been is on the map today. LESS BATTERY On screen, tracking runs at GPS accuracy instead of navigation grade. Off screen, it stops entirely. Background exploring batches its fixes and wakes a few times an hour instead of every fifteen seconds.

FORTY-NINE LANGUAGES Arabic, Persian, Urdu, Punjabi, Kannada, Malayalam, Gujarati, Hungarian, Czech, Romanian, Hebrew, Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish, Kazakh, Azerbaijani, Uzbek and Nepali join the thirty from 1.4.2. Set the phone to any of them and FOG follows: every sheet, the ranks, the paths, the share card, the numbers, the country names. WANDER CAN BE HER Settings has a new picker: Him or Her. Same paths, same gear, same ranks. Only the explorer under the hat changes. She can have the Mage's beard too. WALK CARDS ON FROM THE START After a walk, FOG offers a card of the shape you just walked. It no longer waits to be switched on; the switch in Settings turns it off. KILOMETRES OR MILES Settings has a Units switch. Phones set to the US come up in miles and mi²; everyone else stays in kilometres. Change it any time. FIXED The paint mode banner ran off both edges of the screen on smaller phones. It wraps now.

JAPANESE AND GERMAN The app and the store listing now speak Japanese and German. Set the phone to either and FOG follows. UNCHANGED Your location history stays on your phone. No account, no ads, no trackers. The map clears exactly as far as you walk.

Every city you've walked now shows how much of it you've revealed. Open The Collection and tap any city — it gets its own share card: your trail there, your percent of the city, and when you first walked it. Also fixes revisited ground occasionally counting twice after a relaunch.

FIXED — BIG IMPORTS Importing a large Google Timeline could crash the app at launch, every launch. Repaired: the map now draws any size of history, and existing imports open with all data intact. NEW — THE COLLECTION 241 countries, 3,390 regions, 7,342 named places. Stand in one and it's yours. NEW — RECAPS Your month and your year: fog cleared, distance walked, places collected. NEW — SHARE CARD Frames where you've actually walked, names the places it brags about. Square or Story. NEW — FOG ERASER A second brush that re-fogs ground you'd rather earn again. Stats recount honestly. HONEST STATS Only walking counts: paint mode still clears fog but earns no stats, and reopening the app no longer credits the miles in between. Wander finally walks like he means it.
