Meeting minutes on your phone: see your building's board meetings, schedule one and send the invites, send the notetaker to a Zoom or Google Meet call, and read, edit and approve the minutes, all from the app. Record a meeting in person: meeting in the lobby or walking the building? Tap Record in person and Clawback writes up the minutes for you, with who was there, the motions and the action items. Smarter minutes: where and when the meeting was held, the next meeting, and who sits on the board are filled in for you. Assign an action item to a board member, the manager or staff with one tap. Search from anywhere: a search box now sits at the top of every tab. Find your messages, packages, documents, requests and any screen of the app. Staff can find any unit, person or package in a few letters. Ask the building: type a question like "Can I grill on my balcony?" into the search box and get an answer from your building's own documents, with the page it comes from. When you message the office with a question, you'll get a quick answer from the documents while the team gets back to you. Your Home file: everything on record for your unit in one timeline (alterations, repairs, building visits, insurance and documents), ready to download as a PDF for a broker or lender. A warm welcome: the first time you sign in, meet your building team by name and photo, see what's already set up for your home, and turn on alerts. Messages, all in one place: group chats sit at the top of Messages, with front desk and manager threads right under them. Type @ and a name in a group chat to tag someone, and they get a notification. Ask @clawback in a group chat to create a task and it now drafts it as a short reason plus a checklist of steps, which become the task's checklist when you tap Create. For owners: Home now shows your building and unit, with your packages, your alteration in progress, and quick ways to report an issue, message the office or book an amenity. Your profile has its own tab, and old messages can be archived. The tab bar no longer cuts names short: every tab name shows in full on every phone. Plus fixes and improvements.

Outgoing packages: when a resident drops off a box to send, like a UPS return, the front desk scans it and Clawback reads the label to see it's going out. It waits under Going out until the driver comes, then one tap hands every box to that carrier, and each resident hears it's on its way. Count the package room without scanning: each unit is a tile showing how many items it has. Tap it when they're all on the shelf, or tick just the ones you see. Sized for iPad. Messages holds every conversation: email and text threads sit alongside in-app chats, and owners see their building chats there too. Staff can take a selfie for their profile. Package count: the front desk can take inventory of the package room by scanning labels as they walk it. Open Clawback links right in the app. Tapping a Clawback link — a vendor's job, an approval, a document to sign, a COI upload, a scheduled visit — now opens straight to the right screen in the app. See where every job is. Work orders now show their location up front: the building, its address, the unit, and the specific spot ("boiler room," "5th floor," "master bath"), plus the equipment a job is about and where that equipment lives. Find jobs by place. The work-orders list shows each job's location, and you can now sort the list by location to work an area at a time. Tell us where the problem is. When you file a request, you can add a quick "where in your unit" note so whoever comes out knows exactly where to go. Completing jobs now sticks. Field staff can mark their work orders complete and the change saves reliably, even when you're offline. "Assigned to me" now shows your jobs. Fixed a problem where your assigned work orders weren't appearing under your own filter. Draft inspection reports stay private to their author until published, plus smaller fixes and reliability improvements.
