Challenges count for keeps Every friend match you solve now counts like any other grove: the score joins this week's race and your lifetime points, and the match adds to your groves solved. Coins still come from the match pot. Pioneer, a limited edition A frontier outfit with its own Pioneer Lantern glow, made for the owls who have been here from the start. It is a gift, never for sale: look for it in your inbox. Two new outfits Pirate Captain and Bumblebee join the wardrobe, each with its own headgear. Hats and outfits, together Outfits now bring their matching hats: the Steampunk Coat wears its top hat, the Enchanted Cloak its wizard hat. If you owned either piece, you own the set. Crimson Checkers A new effect: breathing red and black checkers with diamond trails, framing your row on every leaderboard.

Quick chats on matches Tap the little bubble on a match to send your friend a quick word — “Nice job!”, “Oof, that was a hard one!”, “Rematch?” It lands on their results, and in their pocket as a notification. Your inbox News and gifts from the nest land in the new inbox on the home screen, and so do owls who add you to their flock. A gift is one tap to claim. Otto keeps you current When a new version is out, Otto lets you know, so friends are always playing by the same rules. Choose your notifications Settings → Notifications lets you pick what reaches you: the Nightly Roost reminder, match invitations, moves and results, quick chats, and nest news. A tidier nest Leaderboards, friends, inbox, and settings up top; Challenge and Nest Shop under the play button. Match results now survive a bad signal, and watching an ad earns three hints.

• Scoring rewards speed more: every second under par counts triple, and a wrong owl costs about a minute of clock instead of five. A quick solve with one slip now beats a slow, careful one. • Match results show each owl's time, wrong owls, and tries. Collected results move into a History list under your flock, so results to act on stay at the top. • The app icon shows a badge whenever an invitation, a move, or a prize is waiting on you. • Royal Radiance now frames your bar on the leaderboards, and every effect that earns a frame shows it on its shop card. • Every profile shows a match record.

• A new Effects shelf in the Nest Shop: sparkles, fireflies, and auras up through orbiting ribbons, a spiral galaxy, and northern lights. Four of them frame your bar on the leaderboards. • Five living skins that move: Magma, Nebula, Hologram, Gilded, and Phantom. • Challenge a friend: you both get the same grove, and the higher score takes the prize. Invitations, your moves, and results wait behind the crossed flags on the home screen. • The shop's shelves now sit in one row. Swipe to reach them all. • A quick how-to for nicknames the first time you open a friend's profile.

• Nightly Roost reminders - Otto can nudge you each evening the roost is still unsolved, with a word about your streak when it's on the line. Turn it on and pick the hour in Settings. • Bug fixes and other minor improvements

Hoodoku is leaving the nest! This update gets the grove ready for owls all over the world. • New perches: Hoodoku is spreading to Europe and beyond — tell your far-away friends the roost is open. • Small tune-ups under the feathers. One owl per grove — happy perching!

Your flock just got friendlier! • See who added you — when another owl adds you to their flock, they now appear on your Friends tab with a one-tap Add button. No more trading codes both ways. • Tidier flock-keeping — removing a friend now lives on their profile card, and the Friends list scrolls smoothly again. • Small fixes for owl codes and friend outfits.

Hoo's new in the nest: • The Practice Grove — a guided puzzle you solve yourself, with Otto explaining each deduction as you go. New owls start here, and you can replay it any time from Settings. • Player profiles now show the numbered level each owl is exploring, so you can see who's ahead before the week closes. • The Daily Roost is now the Nightly Roost — same puzzle, same one try a night, a clearer name.

Hoo's new in the nest: • Nicknames for your flock — tap the pencil on a friend's profile card to call them whatever you like. Only you ever see it. • Friends now glow leaf green on every leaderboard, so your flock is easy to spot in the standings. • Tap your coin count to fly straight into the Nest Shop. • The after-game standings now scroll, so you can see every owl on the board. • A little "What's New" note after each update, plus small fixes and polish.

The grove just got a lot more social. • FLY WITH FRIENDS — every owl now has a shareable owl code. Add your friends and your flock gets its own weekly leaderboard. No accounts, no contact lists — just codes. • THE WARDROBE — the Nest Shop now stocks glasses, hats, outfits and earrings. Dress Otto your way; your look shows up on every leaderboard row. • NEW SKINS — six fresh looks for Otto, from neon glow to full rainbow. • PLAYER PROFILES — tap any leaderboard row for all-time stats and weekly podium medals. • CLAIM YOUR REWARDS — streak chests and weekly prizes now wait on the home screen until you collect them. • OPTIONAL TIMER — a game-screen timer you can switch on in Settings (off by default). The clock only starts on your first move. • Daily boards now show retry counts, plus many leaderboard, sync, and stability fixes.
