Connect through a modem-inspired dial-up sequence and enter an ANSI-style terminal built around numeric commands. Each member has a UIN that identifies them across the system.
Inside the BBS you can:
• browse message boards and follow discussions;
• join personal and group text chats;
• send and receive private mail;
• see who is online;
• manage your profile and account.
MyBBS.im keeps the focused, keyboard-friendly feel of classic bulletin board systems while adapting it to iPhone, iPad, and Mac. The modem sounds and terminal presentation are part of the experience; the connection itself uses modern internet networking.
An account is required to participate. You can delete your account at any time from the three-dot menu.
