HOW IT WORKS
Create a property. Pick an inspection type — Move-in, Move-out, Routine, Maintenance, or Custom — and start from a template. Walk room by room, tapping a condition, capturing photos, and dictating notes as you go. Flag what needs attention. Collect a signature. Generate the PDF and share it.
WHAT'S INSIDE
• Room-by-room checklists from built-in or custom templates. Each inspection takes its own snapshot, so editing a template later never rewrites a past report.
• One-tap conditions — Good, Fair, Poor, or N/A — instead of typing.
• Photos from your camera, photo library, or files, each attached to its item with a timestamp, source, and optional coordinates.
• Draw on a photo to circle the crack or the stain. Originals are never modified; annotated versions are kept separately.
• Dictated notes with a typed fallback, so you can keep your hands on the work.
• Issue flags with severity from low to urgent, plus recommendations. Filter an entire inspection down to what is wrong, then jump straight to the item.
• Acknowledgement signatures bound to a specific report revision.
• Revisioned PDF reports carrying your business name and logo. A new revision never overwrites the previous one.
• Autosave throughout. Close the app mid-inspection and pick up exactly where you left off.

One thing worth knowing: on-device storage is not a backup. Uninstalling the app, clearing its data, or losing the phone takes your work with it. Export the reports that matter to somewhere you back up.
