The thought you have walking to the car is gone by the time you sit down. VoiceJot is for catching it: hit record, say it out loud, and get back text you can actually use.
RECORD, THEN READ
Tap record and talk. When you stop, VoiceJot turns the recording into a transcript with punctuation. On most iPhones and most languages this happens entirely on your device, which means it works with no signal and the audio never leaves the phone.
IT PULLS OUT WHAT MATTERS
Voice notes are messy — false starts, repetition, thinking out loud. On supported iPhones, Apple's on-device model reads through that and gives you three things: a short title, a summary of what you actually said, and a list of the things you said you would do. It only lists a task if you genuinely committed to one. It does not invent work to fill the list.
TICK THINGS OFF
The to-do list is interactive. Check items as you handle them.
KEEP THE AUDIO TOO
Every note keeps its recording, with a scrubber, so you can go back and hear the tone as well as read the words.
SHARE THE WHOLE THING
One tap sends the title, summary, to-do list and full transcript as text — into a message, an email, or your notes app.
NOTHING IS UPLOADED BY VOICEJOT
Recordings and transcripts stay in the app's own container on your iPhone. There is no account and no sync. Summaries run on-device through Apple Intelligence. Transcription is on-device wherever your language supports it; where it does not, iOS falls back to Apple's speech service, and the Settings screen tells you which one is active on your iPhone.
