Cibola is a temple match-3 across twenty-five expeditions — a thousand levels, each one ending in a relic carried out of the dark. Swap gems, break chests, clear sand, free what's caged, and escort the find to the surface.
Every level is generated, then proved. A solver plays each one hundreds of times before it ships. If it can't finish, you never see it. No level in Cibola is unwinnable, and none is tuned to sell you a way out.
All 1,000 levels are free. No chapter held back, no ending sold. One optional purchase removes advertising; gold, tools and refills can be earned by playing or bought if you'd rather not wait. Nothing is required.
A story that goes somewhere. Twenty-five sites, a hundred and twenty-five field-journal entries, and one man's forty years underground. Read them in order and they're a single document.
No account and no sign-up. Your progress lives on your device, and is backed up to your own iCloud so reinstalling does not lose it.

Wren is new. She has read every book ever written about Cibola, she has never been underground, and she is wrong about something in nearly every chapter. She is also talking to you the entire way down.
Every relic you find now opens a door later. The gold leaf from the first chamber leans toward moving air. The clay jar that keeps things warm gets you through a frozen gate seventeen chapters on. Nothing in the collection is a trophy any more.
