BirdBrainz is a colorful puzzle where a flock of feathered friends absolutely refuse to share a row, a column, or so much as a diagonal glance. Your job: figure out exactly where each one belongs, using nothing but deduction.
Every puzzle is generated to have exactly one solution. There's no guessing required—only logic. Place a bird where the others don't like, and the newcomer startles them away, feathers ruffling in a huff.

EASY TO LEARN
Each bird has its own home.
Birds don't share rows.
Birds don't share columns.
Birds can't perch next to other birds, even diagonally.

You can mark off every impossible cell before placing a single bird — total certainty, one step at a time. Or you can place a bird the moment it feels right, then backtrack if a bird objects. Most of the time you'll land somewhere in between, and BirdBrainz keeps up either way: mark, place, undo, repeat. There's no wrong way to think it through.
MEET THE CAST
You'll start with 5 recurring birds and meet 4 more as you progress—from the bold red Cardinal and the sharp-crested Blue Jay to the tiny, hovering Hummingbird and the round, watchful Snowy Owl. Each one has its own look, its own moves, and its own opinion about being told where to sit.
