Tap water joins beach water. • A second space: health-monitoring analyses for all 34,969 French towns, on the network that supplies yours. Bacteria, nitrates, pesticides, PFAS, vinyl chloride, perchlorate, chlorine, limescale. • Two rates rather than a score: health limits and taste references, as the health agency publishes them. No invented score. • Substances found below their threshold are named, with their value: "compliant" does not say everything. • Five years of records per town, month by month, and charts you touch to read a value. • A water map, with your position. • Image sharing, for tap water too. Widgets, Apple Watch and Siri stay on beaches for now. Still no account, no advertising and no tracker.

The official classification now shows the exact number of seasons the health authority used. The testing history reads better with VoiceOver on beaches with a single season.

Improvements to the mapping system Water test history now reads season by season

The week scrolls on and on, the month opens on today. • Week view — no more pages to flip: one list that grows as you scroll, up to a year ahead. The week's heading stays at the top and follows along. • Month view — it opens on today, halfway down, instead of the first of the month. Past days step back; the month and its arrows stay in place. • Fixes — a week straddling two months finally names both, and today is worked out in the beach's time zone, not the phone's. Still no account, no adverts and no trackers.

Siri answers, even with no network. • Siri — “Hey Siri, next tide in Plouf Check”, “Can I swim?”, “How warm is the water?”. Ten shortcuts, also available in Spotlight and in the Shortcuts app. Everything is worked out on the device: the answer comes even in airplane mode. • The closest beach, by voice — Siri finds it and gives you its score and its tide. Your location answers the question and is never stored. • Your list is really yours — on first launch the app no longer adds four demo beaches. It offers to search for one, or to find the closest. • Water and air temperature in every widget, not just in “Water & weather”. • Two scores, two names — the “Plouf Check score” and the official classification no longer blur together, each with the period it covers. • Fixes — the map no longer vanishes when you zoom into an area with no beach, its legend finally explains the figure under the pin, and the next tide gets its coefficient back. Still no account, no adverts and no trackers.

Apple Watch, widgets and tide alerts. • Apple Watch app — water height, today's tides, the week ahead and water quality, on your wrist. Tides are worked out on the watch: they keep working with no network, even away from your phone. • Four complications — the tide on your watch face, as a ring, a corner, a line or a rectangle. • iPhone widgets — on the Home Screen and the Lock Screen, with the bathing score. • Tide alerts — a notification thirty minutes before each high tide, for the beaches you follow. Everything is worked out on the device: nothing is sent. • Beaches with no tide — the Mediterranean, Corsica and the overseas territories now show the same water information as everywhere else.
