Tap the hint points to see where every point came from. • HINT lives in the top corner, beside "How this works", on every step. The patient's name moved into the Details sheet. • A hint now spends on one tap. The row already says what it does and what it costs, so there is no second screen. "Name the test" orders the test at its usual price. • What a hint gave you shows for four seconds, then the amber star is the record — on a key finding, a differential, a test or a management step. • Hints unlock after two questions, and the menu says so in numbers the moment you open it. • "All attempts" now opens that case's attempts only, with a link back to your full record. • Starting the Week's Case no longer spells the diagnosis in the link.

A cleaner case screen, hints that do the work, and extra hint points for showing up. • The case screen is rebuilt around the conversation: one step bar (History, Investigate, Diagnose, Scorecard), one counter strip, the patient video on the History step only, and the patient's details and your findings behind two buttons. Every patient line says who is speaking, including a parent speaking for a child, and out-of-range vitals show in orange. • Five hints replace ten, and a hint now does the work: "Name the test" orders it and adds it to your bill, "A differential I am missing" and "A management step I am missing" add the item for you. Two hints come in two steps, a nudge first and the answer only if you still want it. Hints unlock after a genuine attempt and never change your score. • Earn extra hint points by showing up: a three-day streak, today's quick case and a second case in a day each add one. Tap the points counter to see where every point came from. • Common tests and treatments are one tap away on Investigate and Diagnose. • Choose voice or text before each case, and switch at any time without losing the conversation. • Reminders now name the day's patient, and an evening heads-up saves a streak you are about to lose.

Your case history, hints for when you're stuck, key findings as you take the history, and a safer case library. • Case history — every case you have finished is now yours to re-open. Read any past scorecard, compare your attempts at the same case, and jump straight back in from your dashboard. • Hints — a small pool of hint points on every case, sized by difficulty. Spend them on a nudge about the kind of test you need, the question to ask, or a differential you have missed. Hints never name the diagnosis and never change your score. • Key findings — when the patient tells you something that matters, it lands as a chip in the chat and in your notes, with a counter so you know how much of the history is still hidden. • The case library now asks before it restarts a case you have already started or finished, and offers to resume or review it instead. • Refreshed cases — new images and clinical updates across all 136 cases.

The patient says one line, you reveal clues one at a time and name the diagnosis. Fewer clues, more points, and it keeps your streak without using your monthly cases. • A Progress screen for your streak, badges and points: the week at a glance, where your points came from, and the next badges to aim for. • On nights? Pause your streak for the dates you are on call, and reminders stay quiet. • Three suggested opening questions on every case — there when you want them, gone the moment you type. • The full scorecard is now on the free plan: every competency, every red flag you missed, and the senior's teaching. • During a case, a progress strip shows the step you are on and how many questions you have left. • 25 new cases, 136 in all — more eye, ENT, kidney, mental health and children's cases, and more gentle ones to start on.
