Already So is a simple and effective way of aligning with your desired best life in the spirit of Neville Goddard. Some people also call this manifestation, but it originates from a much more direct technique that started those modern movements.
The idea at its heart is quiet and radical, and supported by quantum physics: creation is finished. Every version of your life already exists. You do not force the one you want into being. You assume it, you feel it as already true, align with it, and you let the world catch up.
Here is how the practice works.
Name one wish, and the person you are once it is real. Build one short scene, where the moment it is already done. It could be the congratulations, the quiet relief, the ordinary evening on the other side of it. Then choose an easy guided meditation that will bring you into that state. Ride the Lullaby gently down into sleep, or use SATS, the state akin to sleep, that drowsy border where the mind is most impressionable. A warm, guiding voice carries you there, with a soft music bed you can keep or turn off. Do it in bed or on the couch. Consistency is key and easy as pressing play.
