Built for privacy Cognitta's problem-gating runs entirely on your device using Apple's Screen Time API — no account required, and the gating logic never leaves your phone. Cognitta uses Apple's Family Controls framework (the Screen Time API) for one purpose: to detect when you open an app you've chosen to guard, and to present the problem before you continue.
