Lumimi Asset puts that whole round trip into a single window. Native to macOS 15, no Electron: it launches fast and exports fast. ■ Generate with a prompt, refine by conversation "A cute anime-style avatar with a starry sky behind it" — one prompt and you have an image. With something already on the canvas, keep editing on top of it: remove the background, restyle it, change the colors. Just say what you want. Connect OpenAI, Gemini or Grok with your own API key. ■ Tabs are versions Every generation opens a new tab, so versions sit side by side for comparison. Close the ones you don't like — the original is never overwritten. Your open tabs come back when you relaunch the app. ■ One-click background removal Cut out the subject, then refine what stays and what goes with a brush. This runs entirely on your machine — no network, no API key required. ■ Stack it as layers Composite images freely, with per-layer scale and position, show/hide, lock and delete. Adjust brightness, contrast and saturation, crop, auto-trim empty margins, and add arrows or text annotations. Every step is undoable with Cmd-Z. ■ Workspace The shelf along the bottom is a real folder: Cmd-S to stash something, drag in and out to move assets around. Keep separate workspaces per project and reuse pieces across tabs. ■ Export exactly to spec Genuinely transparent rounded corners (alpha verified per pixel), any width and height, and one-click presets for app icons and social sizes. Check several sizes and export the whole set at once. PNG, JPEG and HEIC — or drag the export button straight into Finder and it's a file. ■ Private by default Images go straight to the AI provider you choose, never through our servers, and API keys live only in the Keychain. No analytics, no tracking, no ads. The AI features are optional: editing, compositing, background removal and export all work without a key. ■ Also Nine interface languages: English, Japanese, Simplified and Traditional Chinese, Korean, German, French, Spanish and Brazilian Portuguese. Dark mode included.
