You set your rate. We add our 15% on top of it when the customer sees the price. You keep 100% of what you charge, every time.
HOW IT WORKS
A homeowner near you describes their problem, adds photos and often a video, and answers a few questions about the home. That request comes to you directly. You read it, and you decide.
If you want the job, you send a bid: a fixed price or a price range, with line items for parts and labor, and your arrival time. If you don't, you decline and say why. No penalty, no score, no consequence.
When a customer accepts your bid, you're on the clock. Navigate to the job, mark yourself arrived, do the work, capture completion photos, and have the customer sign to approve it on your phone. Payment is captured the moment they sign.
WHAT MAKES THIS DIFFERENT
No lead fees. Not per lead, not per month, not to unlock anything. Truva only makes money when you finish a job. If you never take one, you never pay us a cent.
Your rate is your rate. You set your hourly rate and you quote each job yourself. Truva never sets it, caps it, or discounts it to win business. Our 15% is added on top, paid by the customer, and shown to them plainly. Customers also cover card processing, which we pass through at cost. Neither comes out of your pocket.
Jobs aren't resold. When a homeowner sends you a request, it went to the plumbers they chose. You're not racing four other trucks to a phone that's already been called five times.
You see the job before you commit. Photos, video, the age of the appliance, whether they own or rent, how long they plan to stay. The things that actually change how you'd bid it. The Utah plumbers who helped shape this app told us those questions decide whether a job is a band-aid fix or a full replacement. So we ask them.
Price ranges, not fake precision. Plumbing has unknowns. Bid a range, and only charge the actual final amount when you're done. The customer's card is authorized for the top of the range and captured for what you actually charged.
Get paid without chasing anyone. The customer approves the work with a signature on your phone and payment is captured then and there. No invoicing, no waiting on a check, no awkward follow-up texts.
WHAT WE ASK OF YOU
Every plumber on Truva is DOPL-licensed, insured, and background-checked before taking a single job. We verify credentials up front and we watch for lapses. That's the bar, and it's what lets us tell homeowners with a straight face that everyone here is vetted.

Truva is built by Norva LLC in North Ogden. We started it because we couldn't find a plumber the last time our own pipes burst, and because every plumber we talked to was sick of paying for leads that never answered the phone.

button right on your dashboard, so you can fix it yourself while it is
still waiting on review.
Your license and insurance say Approved once we have checked them, and
your background check says Passed. No more wondering whether anyone
looked at it.
Signing in with Apple or Google takes you straight to your dashboard
instead of walking you back through setup you already finished.
