Messages • Send your students a message, a photo, a file or a voice note — to one group, several groups or chosen students. • See who read it, schedule it for later, pin the important ones and send a reminder to whoever hasn't read it yet. • Students get their own Messages tab, one chat per teacher, with photos and files in one place. • A message you were typing is kept if you get signed out. Notifications • A new notifications inbox for teachers, assistants and students. • Phone alerts for an absence, a payment received, a new grade, a new video or exam, an exam about to start and new link requests — and you choose which ones you want. Attendance • "Mark the rest absent": once a class ends, close the register in one tap instead of waiting for the night. • Attendance taken without internet always counts: a student marked present on your phone is never left absent. • The "absent in a row" list now has exact filters: once, 2, 3, 4 and 5 or more times. • A student from a linked class who missed their own class can still be marked present in yours. • Closing the alert before marking a student now asks first, so a wrong name is never marked by mistake. Scanning • Printed student cards scan faster, with a zoom button, pinch to zoom and tap to focus. • Codes copied from Arabic sheets scan correctly, and a website QR on the same card is ignored. Students & exams • Filter your students by the month they joined. • The exam paper is now optional. • Books & fees: track stock, give an item for free, and see each student's books & fees on their profile. Also: long names and titles wrap instead of being cut, clearer counts on every list, and many fixes.

Books & fees • Sell a booklet, a trip or any one-off fee to the students you choose, see who paid and who didn't, and collect it together with the monthly fee in one step. • Books & fees now show up in the attendance alert, so you know what a student owes the moment they walk in. Student profile • One screen answers "how is this student doing": attendance, exam grades (paper and online together), video quiz grades and payments at a glance. • Call or WhatsApp the student or parent in one tap. • A new absences list shows who has been missing class, across all your groups. Online exams • Reopen an exam for students who were blocked, with a new date and time just for them. • See any exam exactly the way your students will before you publish it. • Change who an exam is for after creating it. • An exam hands itself in when the time runs out — answers already written are graded. • Question images are sharper, fit the screen and can be zoomed. The screen stays awake during an exam, so auto-lock no longer counts as leaving. Attendance • Call off a class day and every screen says why it wasn't marked. • Search while editing attendance, clearer status colours and words, and a clear report of what saved and what didn't. Payments & offline • Moving a student to another group shows what happens to their payments before you confirm. • Collecting while offline no longer loses a second payment from the same student, and every queued record says exactly what it covers. Also: fewer unexpected sign-outs, iPhone photos of exam papers now open for every student, more accurate video watch tracking, clearer Egyptian Arabic throughout, and many fixes.

Attendance • Scanning records attendance for the class day you have open. Opening an earlier class day and scanning used to save the mark on the most recent class instead. • The screen now names which class and which day you are marking, so a past day is never a surprise. • Marks taken offline no longer go missing. Anything that did not reach the server appears under "Unsent records" instead of being counted as saved. Exam grades • Students recorded absent stay on the grade list, with the reason and a way to fix it. They used to disappear, so searching for the student found nothing. • Grades for a whole class now save together. One student's row can no longer cancel everyone else's. • Save stays at the bottom of the screen, within reach while you type. • Search and the All / Graded / Not graded filters are pinned at the top. • The keyboard's Next key jumps to the next student you can grade. • Emptying a grade box removes that grade, after asking you first. • Exam dates and times appear exactly as you set them. Videos • New "Watched by class": how many students in each class have opened a video, and which class is behind. • Filter the watched and not-watched lists by class. • Video length and watch progress are now accurate, so completion counts are right. • The publish badge tells the truth, and editing a video no longer clears a scheduled publish date. Payments • A price change now reaches the current month and earlier unpaid months. • The joining (prorated) month no longer freezes. • Assistants see the same collections ledger you do, limited to their own collections. • A student's departure explains how the final figure was reached. Also: the assigned class now appears on the student's home screen, filters for linked students, clearer limits on student app accounts, faster first paint on list screens, and many smaller fixes.

NEW — Parent Follow-Up portal • Parents can now follow their child from a simple web page — attendance, payments and grades — nothing to install. Read-only by design. • You stay in control: turn it on in Settings, choose exactly what parents see, and share your link and code via Copy or WhatsApp. • Parents whose phone number is already on the student's record get in automatically; everyone else lands in the new "Parent requests" inbox (with bulk approve/reject). Removing a parent cuts off their number on every device. Payments • Fairer joining-month pricing: a new student's first month is priced from the day they enroll, and every payment card explains the math — "Joined {date} · X of Y classes · {amount} of {full}". Manual overrides show who set them and when, with one-tap reset. • New one-time "billing start month" setting: months before it are never billed — perfect when you register your roster before classes begin. • Tapping an assistant now opens one merged screen: wallet balance, withdraw and hand-over history above the full collections ledger, with "In wallet now" / "All collections" views. • Partial payments now show exactly which months the cash covered and make clear the remainder isn't lost — with an option to forgive small leftovers. • Collection notes appear on ledger rows, "in hand now" is accurate right after a full hand-over, and lists shimmer while loading instead of freezing. Students • Bulk import now streams with a live "processed / total" counter and can be safely cancelled — nothing half-saved. Videos • Student video and quiz screens are protected against screenshots and screen recording. • The teacher video player's maximize button now opens a proper fullscreen player.
