Daily news at your level
Free · In‑App Purchases · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.
Fresh stories every morning, rewritten at six levels from beginner to native. Read, listen and quiz yourself in English or Spanish.
Nota rewrites the day's real news at six reading levels (CEFR A1–C2), in English and Spanish. Pick your level and read actual stories — not textbook dialogues — every single day.
READ AT YOUR LEVEL
Every article is written at all six CEFR levels. Switch level any time: the text changes, the story stays the same.
TAP TO TRANSLATE
Tap any word for an instant translation with a short note on how it's used in that sentence. Extend to phrases. Save words for later.
READ SIDE BY SIDE
See both languages at once, scrolled in sync — tap a sentence to highlight its exact counterpart.
LISTEN
Hear articles read aloud with natural voices at your level. Choose your accent and speed, skip back or forward 15 seconds, or seek to a position in the article.
QUIZZES, STREAKS & REVIEW
Finish with three quick comprehension questions, see your daily streak and weekly progress, and review saved words on a spaced-repetition schedule.

Articles are written by AI from multiple news reports and levelled to the CEFR scale. Nota is a study aid built around the day's news.
SPANISH PODCASTS AND PRACTICE TIME
Explore standalone conversations in Spanish at B1 and B2, with free Spanish and English transcripts, playback-speed controls and word lookup. Free listening has a daily allowance, shown in the app. Premium adds unlimited podcast listening, word highlighting and downloads. Track daily and monthly reading and listening time; reading time is estimated, not a measure of proficiency. Optional interest and difficulty feedback helps Nota improve its content. Podcasts use AI voices and fictional participants, and can contain simplifications or mistakes.
