SHOP FROM YOUR WRIST
On Apple Watch, choose any active list, see the next store section, browse every item grouped by section, and add or check off items. Your list remains available offline, and changes are delivered when iPhone is available again.
With Garmin Connect Mobile and Handlelista from Connect IQ, a compatible Garmin watch can choose among up to 12 lists, show up to 40 items in the same store order as iPhone, and check them off from your wrist.
PLAN DINNERS YOUR WAY
Create up to five recipes for free or choose from 48 ready-made dinners in the recipe bank. The English bank replaces the Norwegian traditional dishes with international favorites. Search or filter categories including quick dinners, low-carb, family-friendly, guest dinners and weekend food. Every recipe has ingredients, instructions, cooking time and a credited photo, and can be shared or printed.
Plan Monday to Sunday, copy the previous week and use quick choices such as leftovers or eating out. Choose “One week at a time” for a simple plan, or set up one to five repeating weekly plans.
With Plus, choose categories, 1–10 servings and ingredients already at home to receive personal suggestions. Give recipes a thumbs down to avoid seeing them again.
Create a separate list of weekly essentials such as toilet paper, toothpaste and coffee. Add them in one tap before shopping, then remove anything you still have at home.
SMART GROCERY LIST PLUS
Plus is an optional household subscription:
• Sync lists, recipes and weekly plans.
• Create unlimited recipes.
• Share a store route, with up to five favorite stores.
• Check that ingredients for the week’s meals are ready before checkout.
• Ask someone at home to choose between store alternatives, with a push notification when they answer.
• Check off the active shopping list from Apple Watch.
One paying owner can invite up to five other people. Invited members do not need their own subscription.
If Plus ends, you keep your lists, items and recipes. The first five recipes remain usable.
Smart Grocery List does not sell shopping data and has no ads.
Plus is offered as monthly or annual auto-renewable subscriptions, both with a 14-day free trial for eligible new subscribers. Price and trial terms are shown before purchase. You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple Account.
