• [Fixed] After long-pressing a day card on the home screen, menu actions like adjusting the photo or deleting could occasionally apply to a different day

• [New] Now designed for iPad: more room for your days, with the list and details side by side in a wide window and layouts for portrait, landscape, and narrow windows • [New] Put your favorite photos on home-screen day cards, with framing and text brightness you can adjust • [New] Move a one-time day to History whenever you're done with it to tidy up your home screen. You can undo it if you tap by mistake • [Improved] Small list widgets offer a large lead card, a compact lead card, or a list only

• [New] Milestone reminders: 1 month, 100 days, 1,000 days and the ones you add yourself, like "30 days", now notify you on time. Count-up days with no next date also show your own milestones in Upcoming • [Fixed] Count-up days set to "tell me how many days are left every day" never sent a single notification • [Fixed] A few ways data could be lost: a day just restored on another device getting deleted during sync, your own collection being deleted when it shared a name with a built-in one, and your own collections missing after restoring a backup on a new phone • [Fixed] Widgets disagreeing with the app: no "3 years" on the anniversary itself, no hour-by-hour countdown in the last 24 hours, unreadable text on light backgrounds in Dark Mode, and Solar Terms and Time days that wouldn't open

• [Fixed] Widgets now respect "Workdays only / Days off only": your Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets show "11 workdays left", just like the app, instead of the total number of days • [Fixed] Tapping the number couldn't switch to months when a date was exactly a whole number of months or weeks away (e.g. Lunar New Year exactly 4 months out), and choosing "Year+Month+Day" in the editor had no effect • [Fixed] Your custom views (like "Important Days") disappeared from the Home screen when every collection was hidden

• [New] Period tracking (Pro): log the day it starts and the next period and ovulation window are worked out for you; if it's late, you'll see by how many days. Forgot to log it? Pick an earlier day. Past cycles and a calendar of what's ahead are on the detail page, handy for planning trips around it • [New] Import birthdays from Contacts: if your birthdays already live in Contacts, tick the ones you want and bring them all over, lunar birthdays included. It's right at the top of the new birthday form • [New] "Since" days can have an end date: a job you've left, a chapter that's closed. The count stops on the last day and stays as "N days in total" • [New] Birthday details show the star sign, plus the Chinese zodiac in Chinese, Japanese, Korean and Vietnamese • [New] See how many days you've been alive in Since: birthdays with a birth year show up there on their own • [New] Holiday calendars for Canada, Malaysia (down to your state), Singapore, Thailand, the Philippines, Indonesia, Türkiye, Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Mexico and Portugal, covering dozens of countries and regions now. The app also speaks Malay and Filipino • [Improved] Hiding a collection now just tucks its chip away on the home screen; its days still show in custom views and widgets. Collections you created can be hidden too • [Improved] For days that repeat monthly or yearly, the form now shows when the next one falls, so a wrong date is obvious right away • [Fixed] Lunar birthdays and anniversaries saved without a year turning into a "newborn", or counting "days since", once the day had passed

• [New] Start from a Template: loan payment, rent, payday, trip, pregnancy — pick one and fill in two fields. Payments left, which day of the trip, how many weeks pregnant: all worked out for you. Payday can repeat every two weeks or twice a month; if you come back from a trip early, mark it complete with one tap and look back at it later • [New] Repeating days can now have an end: monthly payments stop at the last one and move to History on their own, so you don't have to remember to delete them. You can also repeat "every two weeks" or "on the second Friday of every month" • [New] Reminders can ring like an alarm (Pro, iOS 26 and later): the days you can't miss are no longer just a notification that's easy to swipe away. Pick for each reminder whether it comes as a notification or rings as an alarm • [New] Repeating reminders and App Icon Badge: get told "how many days left" every day, week or month without opening the app. Turn on the badge (Pro) and the Home Screen icon shows the days until the nearest one • [New] Set a time: for flights, exams and other days with a time of day, the last 24 hours show the hours and minutes left, and you can be reminded a few hours ahead • [New] Workdays only / Days off only: see at a glance how many workdays are left before your break • [New] Progress bars and Life Progress: home cards, detail pages and widgets show how many payments you've made and how far along a trip is. Set the age you hope to live to (Pro) on a birthday, and the detail page and widgets show how much of life has passed • [New] Two built-in collections, "Time" and "Solar Terms": how many days are left this year and this month, and when the next solar term is. They're there as soon as you open the app, no need to add them one by one • [New] Search, tags and your own views: find any day in a second, even in a long list. "Upcoming" and "Since" on the main page can be renamed or hidden • [New] Widgets can show "Since" days and lists: days together, days smoke-free — any day can take the lead on your Home Screen. The Lock Screen has a Memories list too • [Improved] Photo backgrounds look better: widgets keep the main subject in frame automatically, and text stays easy to read on top of photos. Detail pages are no longer dull and grey, and you can adjust the dimming yourself when changing the background • [Improved] Lock Screen widgets have larger, easier-to-read text, and near days simply say "Tomorrow" or "The day after tomorrow" • [Improved] Migrating from the mini program or other countdown and anniversary apps: the entry has moved to the first page of Settings, and it's right on the main page just after installing • [Improved] Retirement countdowns follow the country or region you live in, covering 20 countries and regions; users in mainland China can plan a flexible retirement • [Improved] Holiday calendars now include India and Vietnam, and places like Germany, Spain and Australia can be narrowed down to your state • [Improved] Lunar dates now follow each region's own calendar, so users in Korea, Japan and Vietnam no longer see lunar days off by one • [Improved] Days in History can be opened and edited, and turned into a "Since" day with one tap. You decide how many days a passed "Upcoming" day stays • [Improved] The app no longer shows stray Chinese text in other languages, plurals are correct, and notifications follow the language you chose in the app • [Fixed] The main list not scrolling on iOS 17 • [Fixed] Crashes when picking photos or exporting a backup with lots of photos, and "Import Backup" doing nothing when tapped • [Fixed] Wrong dates for yearly repeating days when the system calendar is set to Islamic or Buddhist, and some switches and buttons being invisible in Dark Mode

• [New] Move over from other countdown apps: pick a few screenshots of your list and the names and dates are recognized automatically — no retyping one by one. Works with Days Matter and its Air version; screenshots are read only on your phone • [New] List widget: see several days in one widget, in small, medium and large. You can also show or hide specific collections — say, so holidays don't take over your Home Screen • [New] Pick your own text color and size for backgrounds: when a photo is too light or too dark to read, adjust until it looks right • [New] Enter "From Today" when adding a day: to note "1 month 3 days from now", no need to flip through the calendar — the date shows right below • [Fixed] "Please enter a name" popping up as soon as the Add page opened, before you typed anything • [New] Holidays for New Zealand and Australia • [Improved] Birthday details now show the birth date — no need to open the edit page • [Improved] Switching to the lunar calendar after entering a date now converts it automatically, no re-entering • [Improved] Anniversaries without yearly repeat now stay on the Memories page instead of dropping into History • [Improved] "How long it's been" on the details page now reads in years, months and days • [Improved] Keep up to 100 custom photos, and delete ones that are in use • [Improved] Gentler wording throughout the app's messages • [Fixed] Day count for lunar birthdays getting cut off in widgets • [Fixed] Days in "Life" showing as "Custom" at the top of the details page

This is the first truly complete version of Daytrove. • Seven themes — switch one and the whole app follows • Day books: sort your days into groups, pick the color and icon • Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets in several sizes • Fixed a bug where lunar birthdays and festivals like Lunar New Year and Mid-Autumn landed on the wrong date Plus dozens of smaller refinements.
