KNOW WHAT YOU HAVE Track filament products and physical spools, remaining weight, material, colour, purchase details, low-stock status, drying needs, and depleted stock. MOVE FROM SPOOLS TO PRINTS Plan upcoming jobs against real available stock, reserve material, record completed prints, monitor usage and cost, and turn shortages into a practical shopping list. IMPORT, SCAN AND LABEL Import existing Spoolstock inventory by CSV, scan manufacturer barcodes and 3DSpoolIQ QR labels, and use custom NFC spool tags on supported iPhones. SYNC WITH YOUR PRIVATE ICLOUD Keep one workshop synchronized across Mac, iPhone and iPad using your private iCloud database. 3DSpoolIQ does not include advertising, analytics or tracking. READ-ONLY PRINTER INSIGHT The Mac app can read Bambu Lab printer and AMS status over the local network. It cannot start, stop, pause or otherwise control the printer. OPTIONAL AI, UNDER YOUR CONTROL Connect your own OpenAI, Anthropic or OpenRouter API key. Review the data preview before each request. AI suggestions cannot change inventory without your separate review and confirmation. Your inventory remains yours. Start with an empty workshop, add spools manually or import your current stock, and build a reliable record of what is ready to print.
