Point your phone at a printed Bible and it finds the passage — read on the device, with nothing sent. Then read it, hear it read, and see what the commentary says. Hold your phone over a printed Bible and it will tell you where you are. Any printing, any translation — a study Bible, a pew King James, whatever is open in front of you. Biblion reads the page on the device, works out which chapter it is, and offers to take you there. No photograph is taken and nothing is sent. Where it takes you is the point. Four translations, each read aloud in full — the World English Bible, the King James, the American Standard and the Bible in Basic English — with the reading following the verse as it is spoken. An original commentary on all sixty-six books, written for this app, waiting at every chapter you open. The King James with Strong's numbers on every word, and the 14,298-entry Hebrew and Greek dictionary behind them. Seventeen maps of the biblical world. A devotional for each day. Notes and marks, kept on your phone and sent nowhere. All of it works with no connection: keep the text, the commentary and the word study on the device and read on a plane.
