Spineless? is a habit-quitting tracker with a cartoon worm living inside it. Tell it what you are giving up and it starts a clock. Keep the streak and it is proud of you. Break it and it has notes.
THE CLOCK
Track exactly how long it has been, down to the second. Set a target, watch the ring fill, and check in each day to keep the run alive.
THE WORM
Eight moods, a full wardrobe, and an opinion about everything. You pick how mean it gets. Soft Worm is warm and encouraging, Sassy Worm is the house voice, and Roast Mode does not hold back.
The one thing it will not do is kick you when you are properly down. Lose a two-hour streak and you will get roasted. Lose ninety days and the jokes stop, because that streak was real and one bad day does not take it back.
WHEN YOU SLIP
Tap "I caved" and the worm reacts. Log what set it off, whether that was stress, boredom, other people or plain autopilot, and over time you will see the pattern behind the slips.
Tapped it by accident? You get 45 seconds to take it back, and your streak returns exactly as it was.
WHAT IT ADDS UP TO
Tell it what the habit cost you per day and it totals the money you have not spent and the hours you have won back.

No account. No analytics. No ads. No network requests at all. Everything stays in a file on your phone, and we could not read it if we wanted to.
