Pick the job. Say what happened. Add photos. CrewLog writes the report, files the photos to the right day, logs who was on site and what the weather did, and sends it out under your name.

CHANGE ORDERS AND RFIS
The two documents that leave your company. CrewLog drafts both from what you already logged, sends them by secure link, and tracks them until they come back. Your client signs on their phone — no login, no account.
TIMESHEETS
The crew submits hours from site. Overtime at 1.5x, 2x or weekend rates, the payroll math already done. You approve on Friday.
LIVE JOB COSTING
What the job was worth, what it has cost so far, and what is left — built from your change orders, your timesheets and the receipts in your truck. Photograph a receipt and it reads the vendor, the total and the category.
SAFETY
Toolbox talks signed by every person who was there. An incident register that treats a near miss as something worth recording. Corrective actions with a name and a date on them.

The time clock. Your crew taps one button to clock in on a job and one to clock out, with the running total and the job right on the card. A break button pauses paid time, and switching site doesn't need a clock-out. Hours flow into the same weekly timesheet as before, so your overtime rules, wage rates and job costing all keep working — nothing to reconcile.
Owners get a live board: who's working right now, on what job, for how long, and where they are on a map.
It all works with no signal. Clock in with no bars and it syncs itself when there's a tower.
