BEGIN A MOMENT
Start with a tap, or turn your phone face-down on supported devices. Choose how long, or stay until you're done. The quiet moment screen keeps the clock out of the way, and a Live Activity can show your moment on the Lock Screen.
BLOCK DISTRACTING APPS
With Screen Time permission, choose the apps and websites to quiet during your moments. They come back when your moment ends. Blocking is optional, and Virama never reads your browsing history.
KEEP THE MOMENTS THAT MATTERED
When a moment ends, add one line and a photo. Each moment gets its own page, so you can look back on the dinner, the chapter or the walk, not just the minutes.
SEE YOUR RHYTHM
Notice when you're most present, how often your phone stayed down, and which intentions you make the most room for. Set a gentle hope for each week. A free weekly pattern shows last week at a glance and can turn your natural time into a ritual.

YOUR JOURNAL, WITH VIRAMA PREMIUM
Your notes and photos gathered into monthly chapters, with your week in words, a letter each month and On this day. Premium also adds monthly insights into what helps you stay, up to eight rituals, a different blocked-app list for each intention, and automatic scheduled moments that block your chosen apps on time.
PRIVATE BY DESIGN
No account and no feed. Your moments, notes and photos are stored on your device. Back them up to your own iCloud Drive if you choose. Share cards include only what you add to them.
Unlimited moments, app blocking, Rhythm, notes and photos, the weekly pattern and one ritual are free. Premium is available as a monthly or yearly subscription, or as a one-time purchase; prices are shown in the app. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the period. Manage or cancel them in your App Store account settings.
