Seal Your Distractions: Select your most addictive apps (social media, games, news) and lock them inside digital amber. 2. Charge Your Battery: Put your phone in your pocket and walk. The app tracks your real-world steps to charge your in-app Step Meter. 3. Melt the Amber: Spend your battery charge to melt the amber and unlock your apps whenever you choose. 4. Earn Your Time: Steps convert directly into screen minutes. Once your battery drains to zero, the amber automatically re-seals. PREMIUM UPGRADES: There are various upgrades to your Step Monitor you can subscribe to unlock.
