Measure consistently, follow a manageable routine, and review progress at meaningful checkpoints—without daily height anxiety or promises of extra height. WHAT YOU CAN DO • Record two or three readings and see whether a measurement is reliable. • Get a practical starting plan built around sleep, movement, and food-first nutrition. • Check in once a day with complete, partial, skipped, or health-excused actions. • Review execution over time without turning a missed day into a failure streak. • Re-measure at the Day 90 review and Day 180 outcome checkpoints. • When a trend needs context, pause the routine and bring the information to a qualified clinician. • Keep profiles, measurements, plan versions, and check-ins separated for up to three children with Premium. DESIGNED FOR HONEST FEEDBACK Daily check-ins record what happened; they do not change a height prediction. Unreliable readings stay outside the accepted trend. Health-related excuses are not treated as missed effort. When the personal goal is reached, the plan shifts to a light maintenance routine. The app does not prescribe supplements or diagnose nutritional deficiency. A reported health concern pauses routine actions until a guardian records appropriate professional context. Health data is protected on the device in the current release. You can export the complete profile package or schedule deletion with a seven-day recovery period.
