Preview and trim recordings, keep affirmations in a reusable library, and add only the ones you choose to named loops. Prepare your night with controls that stay simple: • Reorder affirmations into separate loops • Rehearse a full loop once while awake • Delay playback until after you settle in • Choose gentle spacing or a continuous loop • Set session length and relative mix levels • Add an optional warm mono tone for speakers • Use optional binaural sound textures with headphones or earbuds • Capture a private morning dream note Your affirmations and recordings remain on your device. Lumen has no account, advertising, analytics, or cloud upload. Lumen does not detect sleep stages. Affirmations and audio frequencies are not established to cause manifestation, improve dreams, or treat a health condition. Protect your rest: begin quietly and stop if playback disturbs your sleep.
