Choose from share-houses, studios, micro studios, and multi-bedroom homes. Check everything before you sign See photos, facilities, house rules, and what the maintenance fee covers. Talk to the host directly, then sign right in the app. Pay month by month Payments are split into 30-day installments. Register a card once and each installment is charged automatically. Refund terms are shown before you sign. ■ For hosts renting out a space List your property Add photos, facilities, house rules, and what the maintenance fee covers. If you have multiple rooms, manage each one separately. Manage contracts Review incoming booking requests and approve or decline them.
