Fam & Pals turns a logged weight or height into a reading such as: "About 62 of 100 girls her age are shorter." See what the number compares, which chart applies, and how the measurement changed since last time.
READ THE NUMBER
A percentile describes a place on the reference chart. The reading compares children of the same age and sex. 50 is the middle; a higher number is not a better result. Plain-language explanations appear on each child's card and beside their percentile bars.
START WITH YOUR CHILD
Add a name, birth date, reference chart, and an optional first measurement. Your first family is created when you save. On returning visits, your children's cards appear first. The reading guide is always available from the help button.
FOLLOW CHANGES OVER TIME
Log weight, height, and head circumference. See the difference between the latest measurement and the previous one, alongside the growth curve. Use metric or imperial units and export a growth report for your records.
KNOW WHICH CHART YOU ARE READING
The app identifies the chart used for your child's age, including infant length, standing height, BMI, and head circumference where available. All percentile calculations use US CDC reference data.
KEEP EVERYDAY DETAILS TOGETHER
Family and friend groups also hold birthdays, milestones, baby teeth, sizes, and gift notes. Add plans for appointments and outings, or create routines with selected weekdays, person assignments, and a daily checklist. Plans and routines stay on this device; they do not sync with other people's devices.
PRIVATE ON YOUR DEVICE
No account, analytics, or tracking. Your records are stored locally. Export a backup to a file you choose and restore it later, including plans, routines, and completed days.

Browse a sample family for free. An active subscription is required to add or edit your own records. Weekly and yearly subscriptions are available; manage or cancel them in your Apple Account settings.
