Verseo: Bible Lock Screen Time
Verses before you doomscroll
Only for iPhone

iPhone
One verse, word for word, before the apps that eat your day. Verseo Lock turns doomscrolling into Scripture. World English Bible or KJV. Free for 7 days.
Real Scripture, word for word. Everything else is clearly marked.
Verseo puts one Bible verse, exactly as written, between you and the scroll. It is for anyone who would rather hopescroll than doomscroll: a few words of Scripture instead of another feed.
VERSEO LOCK
Pick the apps that eat your day. When you open one, Verseo first shows a short card to read: a verse, or a declaration, an inspiration or a prayer, each named as what it is. Tap "Amen" and the app opens for 5, 10, 15 or 30 minutes, then the Lock comes back on its own. It works through Apple's Screen Time, on your own iPhone only, and you can turn it off or pause it until tomorrow at any time. Verseo never sees which apps you picked. The Lock is part of Verseo Pro, free trial included.
WEB AND KJV
Read the World English Bible or the King James Version, and switch in your Profile. The text is never rewritten or paraphrased. All 66 books, offline: everything ships inside the app.
THE WIDGET
Add Verseo to your Home Screen in small, medium or large, and to your Lock Screen as a rectangle, inline text or a circle. Tap it to open the verse in the app.
• Pick its theme from the iOS Home Screen
• Set its pace: once a day, six times, twelve times or every hour
• Choose the verse themes that feed it
• Show or hide the reference
ONE VERSE, THEN THE NEXT
The Home screen is a vertical feed. Swipe up for the next card. Verses are Scripture. Declarations, inspirations and prayers are labeled as such, and each one names the verse it is based on, so nothing passes itself off as the Bible.
UNDERSTAND WHAT YOU READ
Tap Understand on any verse for three short parts: the context, what it says, and what it means for you today. Each explanation is written ahead of time and ships inside the app.
REMINDERS AT YOUR PACE
From one to twenty reminders a day, inside the time window you choose. The notification carries the whole verse, not just a nudge to open the app.
VERSEO PRO

SUBSCRIPTION
Verseo Pro is one auto-renewing yearly subscription: $39.99 per year, after a 7-day free trial. There is no weekly plan. You can cancel at any time from your Profile or in your iPhone Settings, and if notifications are on, Verseo reminds you the day before the trial ends. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel it at any time in your Apple Account settings.
