Commit for one year. Check in once a day. Answer one honest question: did you have added sugar today? When you stay on track, the app marks $1 as protected and adds one point. If you have added sugar, it marks $1 as spent. These amounts are behavioral scores only—they are not cash, savings, stored value, or an investment.
