ALL IN: Family Digital Home

Tasks, Organizer & Calendar

Free · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.

Family life was never meant to be fragmented across different places. ALL IN brings it together in one private Digital Home — connected, secure, and built for your family ALL IN: YOUR DIGITAL HOME Finally, a platform that brings families closer emotionally while keeping everyday life connected. Calendar. Tasks. Groceries. Conversations. Kids' routines. Memories. All in one private place, built around real family roles instead of one shared login for everyone. ALL IN is a Digital Family Operating System where the pieces of family life actually work together. Up to 6 members. Real roles: Owner, Guardian, Adult, Kid. Two Digital Home Displays. No ads. Free to use. ORGANIZE WITHOUT STARTING OVER • Today's Overview: One daily briefing for what needs attention today and what is coming next, with live event notifications such as Boarding soon, Starting soon, and Tonight. • Organizer: Calendar, tasks, groceries, meals, notes, files, finances, potlucks, invitations, and live event alerts, connected in one place. • Pulse Invite: Send it once. The invitation, RSVP responses, calendar, and conversation stay connected automatically. • Potlucks: Family and guests can see what is needed, claim a dish, and keep everything coordinated in one place. STAY CLOSE WITHOUT ANOTHER CHAT APP • Family Circle: Talk. Share. Decide. Turn family conversation into action without starting over somewhere else. • Ghost Mode: Post something temporary and let it disappear after everyone has seen it. • ALLZ: A warm presence throughout your Digital Home, bringing reminders, encouragement, appreciation, broadcasts, and celebration when it matters. REAL RHYTHMS, NOT MORE SCREEN TIME • My Pulse: Your private space for mood, reflection, meditation, daily rhythm, and the Four Pillars. • Kids Pulse: Growth, not grades. Stars, not scoreboards. A gentle rhythm built around routine, responsibility, and encouragement. • Wonder Pulse: Not a camera roll. A memory, kept on purpose. Keep meaningful moments, milestones, and creations your family will want back one day. • Play Pulse: Four games. Zero ads. All fun. YOUR DIGITAL HOME, BEYOND YOUR POCKET Turn a compatible tablet or screen into a Kitchen Display or Family Room Display. See today's plans, reminders, and what is ahead at a glance. • Night Mode softens the display after hours. • Guest Mode hides calendars, events, tasks, and other private family information while guests are at home. • Digital Home Display works in the ALL IN app or through a supported web browser. ROLES THAT ACTUALLY MEAN SOMETHING Owner, Guardian, Adult, and Kid roles give each family member the right experience and access. Guardian areas keep Kids Pulse, shared finances, and household settings with the adults responsible for them. SERVICE PULSE Your customers. Your estimates. Your payment records. One simple flow. Inside ALL IN, but separate from your family space, Service Pulse helps you manage customers, send estimates, and keep track of which jobs have been paid. Payments are made directly between you and your customer, outside the app. Create a customer once. Send an estimate. Mark approved work as due, then as paid. See key customer and payment status in one view. One customer. One record. From estimate to paid. MY SERVICES My Services is free for your customers. Customers can review estimates, approve work, request changes, check what they owe, and see what they have paid in their own secure space. PRIVATE BY DESIGN We don't sell your family. Not your data. Not your habits. Not your kids' photos. Not to anyone. Not for any amount of money. ALL IN does not sell personal data, run ads inside your family experience, or create a public social feed. Built for your family, not your data. ALL IN: Digital Family Operating System. Your Digital Home. One Home. One Hope. One Heartbeat.
