Rent Bee is a simple, offline-first rent tracker and tenant ledger for landlords, shop owners, and small property managers. Track monthly rent, security deposits, utility bills, and outstanding dues for every unit — in US Dollars or Nepali Rupees, on the regular (Gregorian) calendar or Bikram Sambat (BS).

THE CALENDAR AND CURRENCY OTHERS DON'T HAVE
Most rent apps assume US Dollars and the Gregorian calendar. Rent Bee natively supports Nepali Rupees and Bikram Sambat (BS) months too — dates, reports, and rent anniversaries all follow whichever calendar you pick. Switch currency or calendar any time in Settings.
COMMON QUESTIONS
Can I use Rent Bee with US Dollars, or with Nepali Rupees?
Yes — pick USD or NPR in Settings; every screen, report, and SMS uses it.
Does it support the Bikram Sambat (Nepali) calendar?
Yes — toggle between Gregorian (AD) and Bikram Sambat (BS) any time.
Does it work without internet?
Yes. Rent Bee is offline-first; your ledger lives on your device. Cloud backup and sync are optional.
Can I track deposits, utility bills, and deductions — not just rent?
Yes. Deposits, electricity/water/service charges, and rent deductions all live on the same per-unit ledger and roll into each month's total due.
Is my data private?
Yes. A PIN locks the app, and your local ledger is never shared. Cloud backup is opt-in.
