BAS Digital ERP puts your company's management accounting from BAS on your phone: cash in accounts, receivables and payables, stock, documents and reports — straight from your BAS database, with no exports and no calls to the accountant. The numbers you see are the numbers in BAS. The app recalculates nothing on its own, and a forecast is always labelled as a forecast. COMPANY MONEY ON ONE SCREEN • Bank accounts and cash desks in CZK and EUR, as of any date • Income, expenses and profit for the period • Receivables and payables, with overdue amounts • Stock across warehouses PAYMENT CALENDAR See a cash gap before it happens: incoming and outgoing payments by day, with the lowest point highlighted. SCAN SUPPLIER INVOICES Photograph an invoice or pick a PDF. The app reads the number, supplier, dates, amounts and VAT, checks the lines against the total and creates the document in BAS as unposted, with the scan attached. Doubtful fields are highlighted, so you check instead of typing. ASK BAS Ask in plain words or by voice — "Who owes us?", "What do we pay by the end of the month?" — and get the answer from your own data. The assistant only reads; it never changes anything in BAS. DOCUMENTS, DIRECTORIES, REPORTS • Invoices, delivery notes, payments, attachments and print forms • Counterparties with company ID and balance; items with barcode and stock — scan a barcode with the camera; projects • Profit and loss, cash flow, income and expense analysis, margin by project • Create and edit documents when your administrator allows it PRIVATE BY DESIGN • Sign in with Face ID or a PIN • No ads, no tracking, no analytics • English, Czech and Russian interface; light and dark theme TRY IT WITHOUT AN ACCOUNT Tap "Demo mode" on the sign-in screen and explore the whole app with sample data. No server needed. To work with your own data you need access to your company's BAS ERP database. Your administrator gives you the server address and your login.

• “Production” report: output, unit cost, markup and materials. • In “Documents” — “Retail” (retail sales reports by cash register shift) and “Production” (production orders, assembly by specification). • The assistant answers questions about retail and production. • A new document fills in the organization, cash desk and warehouse from BAS; a receipt can be created from a purchase order; attached files can be deleted. • “No VAT” no longer turns into “0 %”.
