Phone calls, right in the app. Call a resident or vendor from their page and talk over Wi-Fi or data, with your Trenly business number as the caller ID. Prefer your cell? Choose "Use my cell instead" on any call, or make it your default in Settings. If a call drops, we hold the line and ring you back; if you can't rejoin, the assistant takes a message. Incoming calls to your Trenly number can ring the app first. Every call shows as one entry in the conversation, with a note of what happened. Also in this version: the inbox lists people, not messages, and shows who is waiting on you; a call the team placed reads as an event; small fixes throughout.

• Share your account: invite a co-manager or a viewer, and see exactly what each person can do.
