Moment is a habit journal for the gap between intention and action.
A habit isn't decided once. It's built from small daily choices, like walking 10K steps or lights out by eleven. Moment calls those choices intentions; the habit is the area they belong to, like Movement or Sleep. Write down your intentions each morning, record what happened each night, and watch your habit score rise as intentions turn into habits.
When an intention slips, it's rarely about willpower. You knew what you meant to do, and by evening it hadn't happened. Other apps record the miss. Moment asks why. Tag what got in the way in a couple of taps, and within about five days on-device intelligence starts showing the patterns behind your misses: the reasons that recur, the hours you slip, how sleep shapes follow-through.

HOW IT WORKS
• Pick one to three habits to work on, such as Movement, Sleep, Nutrition or Focus.
• Set small, specific intentions each morning. "Walk 30 minutes after lunch" works better than "Exercise today."
• Check in each night: what happened, and how the day felt.
• If you missed something, say why in a couple of taps.

A SCORE THAT MOVES HONESTLY
Your habit score is a single number from 0 to 100, built on an eight-week model of how habits actually form rather than the 21-day rule of thumb. A missed day lowers it gently. Days you didn't open the app aren't counted against you, and an honest answer never costs you points. There are no red warnings and no streaks to break.

• All intelligence runs on your iPhone (Apple Intelligence on supported models). We can't read your journal because it never leaves your phone.

Subscriptions are billed to your Apple ID and renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel them in your App Store account settings.
