geulon is a quiet, offline macOS app for reading and transcribing text without losing your place. Paste text or open a UTF-8 TXT or Markdown file, then keep the current sentence clear while nearby context responds to the space in your window.
Use Reading mode for a calm reading surface or Type-along mode to type the current sentence. Native Korean, Japanese, Simplified Chinese, and Traditional Chinese IMEs are supported alongside direct keyboard input. Choose how geulon handles mistakes and what happens after you finish a sentence.
Set the maximum visible sentences as a limit, not a demand: geulon keeps the current sentence visible and shows only the surrounding sentences that fit. Progress is saved for each document and restored after relaunch. Choose the System, Paper, or Night theme, adjust type size, and keep every setting on this device.
geulon has no account, cloud sync, AI features, analytics, ads, in-app purchases, login, or remote service. Imported text, per-document progress, and settings remain in a local, unencrypted SQLite database protected by your operating-system account.
