Lead one airborne rifle company from the Normandy drop in June 1944 to Haguenau in February 1945 in Currahee, a campaign of nine missions and a bonus, fought on maps of the real ground. Losses carry from mission to mission, and each debrief sets your result beside the historical record. Mission 1 is free; the rest of the campaign is a one-time purchase. In battle: tap the fire button again to hold fire, your tanks are outlined and named, enemies your men can see are ringed in red, and grenades are thrown more sparingly.

Defenders now start on the ground they hold. When you defend, your line begins on the objective instead of at the map edge, so the enemy has to come through you. Fixes Civil War and medieval battles that ended on the clock with no shots fired and no sound. Chateau Gaillard rebalanced: the castle is fully on the map, the woods are broken into usable cover, and a creek with two crossings shapes the approach.
