TruckSOS connects truck drivers who broke down with available mechanics nearby.
FOR DRIVERS (carriers):
• Post a breakdown announcement with photos and, optionally, your truck's GPS position
• Receive price offers from mechanics and accept the one that fits
• Talk directly to the accepted mechanic: private chat and phone call
• Search mechanics by area and contact them directly
FOR MECHANICS (mobile services):
• See open announcements in a feed and on a map, with a radius filter
• Apply with your price offer and get notified when you're accepted
• Public profile with services, company details, and reviews from drivers
MARKET:
• Classified listings for parts, tires, trucks, and trailers
• Buyer-seller contact happens only through in-app chat
• No payments in the app - transactions happen directly between users
COMMUNITY & SAFETY:
• Public discussion channel for the whole community
• Report and block users, active moderation
• Your phone number is never public: only your conversation partner sees it
• Available in English, Romanian, and German
Ratings & Reviews

• Mention people in chat with @ — a list pops up as you type the name; the mention is highlighted and opens their profile
• Get notified when a new listing appears on Market (you can turn it off separately in Settings); a red dot marks new listings on the Market tab
• Feed: new "No location" filter — and tapping the "announcements without a location" bubble on the map takes you straight to them
• Fixes: chat catches up with messages received while the app was in the background, photos load reliably, deleted-message text no longer gets cut off, the quoted message flashes when you jump to it, and replying to a recommendation shows what you replied to; on iPhone, the message box now grows as you type
