Mash is free to try: browse every recipe, build your first week, see calories and macros, and set nutrition goals. Mash Pro unlocks step-by-step cooking for every recipe, the priced grocery list, one-tap ordering at your supermarket, swapping and importing recipes, and unlimited new weeks. Monthly or yearly.
YOUR ACCOUNT & PRIVACY
Sign in with your email, Apple or Google so your plans, budget and grocery lists follow you across devices. Mash keeps only what the app needs — your email and your plans — and you can delete your account and everything in it from inside the app at any time. The free version shows a few non-personalised ads; Mash Pro removes them.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel any time in Settings › Apple ID › Subscriptions.
Prices shown in the app are estimates or the shop's latest shelf prices, not a quote — always check the price at the till. Diet and allergen filters are a convenience, not a medical safeguard; if you have an allergy, always read the packaging yourself.
