A Daily Check In
A few minutes to tell your heart how the day went. Honest on the good days and on the hard ones. Every answer is safe to give, and a hard day is met with grace and a gentle way back to Jesus, never a lecture.
Prayer, For The Moment Itself
When the pull is strong, open Belovd instead. Name what you are feeling, then be walked through it: a guided spoken prayer over a soft breathing rhythm, and first person declarations with the scripture behind each one. Not willpower. Surrender.
