Kanlu helps engineers, inspectors, maintenance staff and property professionals turn field records into clear reports on iPhone.
Capture evidence where you work. Organize it by report, location and component, then choose what to include in your final report.
FIELD RECORDS
• Start with an inspection template or create your own.
• Record findings, severity, corrective actions and responsibility.
• Add photos, videos and audio recordings, with text or voice notes.
• Crop and mark up photos, choose a primary photo and keep the original evidence.
• Recheck issues at the same location and refer to the previous findings.
REPORTS AND DELIVERY
• Export PDF or editable Word reports in Professional, Classic or Minimal style.
• Create an evidence package with a file index and original photos, videos and audio. PDF and Word reports are exported separately.
• Review missing information before exporting.
• Use the app in English or Simplified Chinese. Choose the output language for each report. Your own text is kept as written.
PRIVACY AND BACKUPS
No account, ads or cross-app tracking. Reports and evidence are stored on your device. Files are shared only when you choose a destination in the system share sheet. Speech recognition uses Apple's services and may require a network connection when on-device recognition is unavailable.
Manual full backup, backup-file restore and app lock using Face ID or your device passcode are free. Save backups to Files, iCloud Drive or your computer. Optional iCloud sync is off by default and uses your own iCloud storage when enabled.
FREE AND PRO
The free version supports up to 5 non-sample reports and 1 custom template, with 3 successful exports per day. Existing reports remain available to view and edit.
Monthly, yearly and lifetime Pro plans include the same features: unlimited reports, custom templates and exports; no free-version footer in PDF and Word; and creation of merged reports, rechecks and report copies. Report-package sharing, importing and previewing are free. Existing lifetime purchases remain valid.
Monthly and yearly plans renew automatically. Cancel in your Apple account subscription settings; access continues until the paid period ends. Lifetime Pro is a one-time purchase. Prices are shown in your local App Store currency. Restore eligible purchases in Settings.
