One place for the work of running a program, from athlete development to the money, so coaches stop stitching together spreadsheets, group texts, and paper forms. ATHLETE DEVELOPMENT Evaluate athletes on scored skill categories and watch progress build over a season. Define the numbers your program actually measures and log them against athletes over time. Every evaluation and every entry stays with the athlete, so a coach can see where a player was in October and where they are in March. PRACTICE PLANNING Build practices from your own drill library with automatic time chaining, assign coaches to specific drills, and export a clean printable plan in your program's colors. Attendance links straight to the practice. WORKOUTS Build workouts from your own exercise library with sets and reps, attach video to an exercise so an athlete can see it done, and share the workout with your players. SCHEDULES AND EVENTS Practices, games, meetings, and training with RSVP and attendance. Multi-day events for anything that runs longer than an afternoon. Locations with address lookup and one-tap directions. TEAM COMMUNICATION Direct messages, group chats, and team and organization channels. Built with young athletes in mind: when a minor and an adult are in a conversation, the athlete's parent or guardian is included automatically. TEAM TRAVEL Plan a trip around the questions a coach actually asks. Where are we going, how far is it, how are we getting there, and where do we stay. Hotels near the venue with distances and planning estimates, restaurants and grocery stores nearby, room assignments, and costs tracked against what was budgeted. TOURNAMENTS Run a full event. Divisions, pool play, standings, and brackets that advance as scores come in. Generate a schedule across shared courts in one action, with conflicts caught before they happen. Families can find their team's games, times, and venues without an account tied to your organization. PROGRAM FINANCE A general ledger written for athletic directors, not accountants. Track dues with per-athlete balances, run reporting that reconciles, set budgets, and manage trips end to end from estimate through authorization, family shares, actual costs, and reimbursement. PAPERWORK AND CONSENT Upload your own consent, media release, and waiver forms, have families sign them in the app, and see at a glance which athletes are covered and which are not. FEEDS Your organization's feed for your own people, and a global sports feed alongside it. Posts are filtered, reportable, and reviewed by us rather than by the organization. FOR FAMILIES Parents see their athlete's schedule, evaluations, and dues balance, and can estimate what a trip will actually cost their family before committing. BUILT FOR YOUTH SPORTS Athletes under 13 do not hold their own accounts. Parent and guardian visibility is built into messaging rather than added on.
