• Glasses are now picked in the app: HUD & glasses → Glasses lists the ENGO 3 pairs the phone can see, sorted by signal. Tap yours and the FlySight is bound to it and to no other. With firmware 0.0.45 and newer the HUD stays off until a pair is picked, so a fresh FlySight can no longer latch onto someone else's glasses at the dropzone. • The WIND tab is gone. The wind profile in the jump analysis stays. • Early FlySight units without a batch key now get their own firmware image from the app.

• Map View: open a track and see its route drawn over a satellite map, seen from above with north up, coloured by speed, with the exit and the landing marked. Switch between satellite and road map, and between the whole file and the detected jump. • The 3D replay is gone; Map View takes its place.

• First connection, explained: the device list now tells you to double-press the FlySight before pairing. • Firmware check on connect: a newer Ground Rush firmware is offered right away; on stock firmware the app says what the glasses will not do and where to get Ground Rush firmware. • "Set up differently" now shows both sides, setting by setting. • FlySight batches B7, B8 and B9 supported. • Fixed: a first connection could misread the firmware and warn "Unknown firmware". • Smaller download.

Pick a landing zone or reference point straight off a satellite map. The crosshair stays still and the map moves under it, so you can place it exactly on the grass you mean, and it opens where you are standing — which is what you want at a field you have never jumped before. Coordinates can now be typed or pasted in whatever notation you were given them in: 50°59'34.83"N, N 50 59.581, or 50.992953, with a comma or a point for the decimal. Paste both halves at once and they sort themselves into the two boxes. The distance warning now measures from this phone rather than from the FlySight, so it works before the logger is switched on.

Fixed: exporting a track did nothing on iOS 26. Hold a track and pick Export, or use Share all, and the share sheet now opens as it should - save the CSV to Files, a cloud drive, mail or a chat.

Landing zones & reference points. One screen sets where the HUD arrow points, and it is the only place that does — no more picking a field in one place and writing coordinates in another. If the FlySight is more than 5 km from the zone you chose, the app says so, with the distance. Deployment zone offset. In wind the canopy does not open over the peas. Two boxes — east and north, in metres — aim the arrow at where you want to be under an open canopy, and fly it home from there. A HUD top line that changes with the flight. On the ground it shows the usual status; at takeoff it becomes a stopwatch; in competition mode it becomes the FAI performance corridor. Calibration frames. Glasses do not sit on two faces the same way. While you move the picture, the glasses draw frames around it, so you can see what is falling off the edge of the panel instead of guessing.
