Every colour in this game is mixed by hand.
A museum has hired you to paint its whole collection, every animal from the fossil halls to the aviary. Each piece needs a handful of exact colours, and none of them come ready made. You get six pigments and a pot, and you mix until you match.
THE MUSEUM
Pick a piece, mix the colours it needs, then paint it in by hand. The artwork stays blank until you paint it, so you find out what you are painting as it appears under your brush. Finished pieces hang in your gallery with the colours you made for them.
No timer, no failure, nothing locked. Paint whatever you like, in whatever order you like.
COLOUR MATCH
The same mixing table, against a clock. A colour, a bar of paint, and a run that ends when either one runs out. Every point you fall short costs paint. Every match you land buys time. Land a perfect one and the bar fills back up.
REAL PAINT, NOT SLIDERS
Red and yellow make orange here, not brown. The mixing is built on a pigment model of how paint absorbs and scatters light, so colours behave the way they do on a real palette. Blue into yellow gives green. A speck of black kills a highlight. White lifts a colour without shifting its hue.
The canvas is a fluid simulation. Paint sits thick where you put it and blends where you drag it. Nothing is tapped through a menu. You scrub the colour together with a brush and a knife until it is even, because a streaky pot cannot be judged.
Matches are graded on how the eye sees colour, not on raw numbers. A perfect score means the difference is invisible.
