Build a run/walk workout in seconds, put your phone away, and let Cadence call every interval out loud. No account, no ads, nothing leaves your phone. Cadence is a run/walk interval timer that tells you when to switch, so you can put your phone in your pocket and just move. Set your run time, your walk time, and how many times to repeat. Add a warm up and a cool down if you want them. Press start. Cadence counts you down into every change with a rising or falling tone, then says the new phase out loud, so you never need to look at the screen. BUILT FOR POCKETS Cues keep playing with the screen locked and the phone away. The countdown runs on real elapsed time, so a 45-minute workout ends when it should — not a minute late because your phone was busy. LOCK SCREEN CONTROLS A Live Activity shows the current interval and a ticking countdown on your lock screen and in the Dynamic Island. Pause, skip ahead, or finish without unlocking. WORKOUTS TO START FROM A Discover tab with ready-made sessions, from gentle first outings to longer endurance work, plus three multi-week plans that check each session off as you finish it.
