EVRadar: EV Charging Finder

Find EV Charging Nearby

Free · In‑App Purchases · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.

Never search for a free charging station again. EVRadar shows you at a glance where the nearest EV chargers are, whether they're free right now, and everything you need to know before you go. FIND CHARGING STATIONS NEARBY Open the app and see the chargers around you right away, on a clear map or in a list you can sort. Each marker's colour shows whether it's free, and groups of stations show how many are available, so free chargers stand out on the map. ALL THE DETAILS AT A GLANCE • Opening hours • Ratings from other users • Photos and Look Around • On-site amenities • Places nearby to spend the time while you charge MADE FOR YOUR CAR Enter your car's connector, battery size and AC charging power. EVRadar marks the chargers that fit your car, shows the charging speed your car can actually use, and estimates how long a charge from 20% to 80% will take. TRACK YOUR CHARGE Start a charge on a station's page and follow it on your Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island with a Live Activity. A reminder shortly before the charge ends helps you move your car before blocking fees start. You can end the charge from the notification, on Apple Watch too. SAVE YOUR FAVORITES Bookmark your favourite charging stations and find them again straight away. Widgets on your Home Screen and Lock Screen show how many chargers are free at your favourites. SIRI & SHORTCUTS Ask Siri for the nearest free charger, check a favourite, or start and end a charge without opening the app. USE EVRADAR ON CARPLAY See nearby chargers on your car's display and start a route to one. It's free, no subscription needed. NAVIGATE YOUR WAY Tap Route and EVRadar hands off to the navigation app you already use: Apple Maps, Google Maps or Waze. MORE CONTROL WITH EVRADAR PRO With a Pro subscription (monthly or yearly) or a one-time lifetime purchase, you get: • Only chargers that are available right now • Filter by connector type: CCS, CHAdeMO, Type 2, NACS/Tesla, GB/T • Minimum charging power, from 22 kW to 300 kW • Sorting by charging power or availability • A charging history with the energy and price of every charge, monthly charts, consumption, CSV export, and how much you saved compared with a petrol or diesel car Whether it's your daily commute or a road trip, EVRadar helps you get there relaxed and without range anxiety. What's New in EVRadar 1.6 iPad • EVRadar now runs on iPad. • In a wide window, Nearby and Favorites show the list beside the open station. The map opens a station in a column next to it and keeps the selected marker in view. • Settings opens My Car, your charging tariffs, Help and its other pages beside the list. The charging history shows the year's figures next to your charges. • Menu bar and keyboard shortcuts: tabs with ⌘1–⌘5, Search with ⌘F, Filter with ⌥⌘F, Near Me with ⌘L, Refresh with ⌘R and Add Charge with ⇧⌘N (Pro). • With a trackpad or mouse, station cards highlight under the pointer. Drag a station into other apps, or long-press it for a small map preview with its name and address. • An extra large Favorites widget shows twelve favorites in two columns. EVRadar Pro • A “Save … %” badge on the yearly plan shows the saving compared with twelve monthly payments, calculated from current App Store prices. More Room • The tab bar shrinks while you scroll down – in Nearby, Favorites, your charging history and Settings – and is back as soon as you scroll up. Without a Location • When EVRadar can't use your location, Nearby and the map say "No location" instead of looking like a search that found nothing. "Open Location Settings" takes you straight to where to allow it, and reload waits until there's a position to search around. • The map hides its location button while there's no position, instead of leaving it spinning. Map • Messages over the map look cleaner: a tinted symbol – orange when something went wrong – a shorter explanation that covers less of the map, and buttons that span the card evenly. The card keeps the same distance from the tab bar as from the screen edges. Nearby • The subtitle shows the number of chargers again and is no longer cut off when you sort by power, availability or rating. More Apps • Settings now points you to CostRadar for subscriptions and costs, and SkipAlarm for holiday-aware alarms. Plus refinements and fixes.
