Lipless is a log for nicotine pouches. One tap per pouch, and the count is
yours: no account, no ads, and nothing is sent anywhere — the diary lives on your phone.
WHAT IT DOES
One tap to log a pouch, with your brand and the strength you actually use. Fix
the past — change the brand or the strength of anything you logged, or delete
it, on any day. See the time since your last pouch, your clean days, your total,
your best run and the days you have logged. A slip breaks the run and leaves
everything else standing, because what you have already done is done.
WHAT THE EVIDENCE SAYS
A second screen shows 12 milestones about the body, each one with the study or
the health authority it comes from, tappable so you can go and read it yourself.
When a figure was measured in people who smoke, or in users of tobacco snus, the
card says so. That is not modesty: most of what is known about nicotine was not
measured in pouch users, and an app that hides it is telling you about somebody
else's body.
There is also an estimate of how nicotine and cotinine clear: a range, three
states, and the day you should be clear by even if you clear it slowly. All of
it worked out from published half-lives, and none of it a test result. The app
says that too, on the card.
WHAT IT IS NOT
Lipless does not diagnose or treat anything and does not promise you a quit
date. It does not sell pouches, list them, rank them or link to anyone who
sells them. It is not affiliated with any manufacturer: brand names exist here
only because you type your own.
FREE, AND WITHOUT THE USUAL CATCH
The whole log is free. No ads, no account, no subscription, no analytics and no
third-party SDK of any kind. Your diary is stored on your device.
If something here is wrong — a number, a source, a translation — write to
support and it gets fixed.
